Gabriel Gudmundsson to spark mixed reaction from Daniel Farke after what happened away from Leeds
Gabriel Gudmundsson has been a key player for Leeds since their return to the Premier League.
Leeds have a whole host of players away on international duty throughout the October break, and Gudmundsson is one of them.
Since making the move to Elland Road, Gudmundsson has been immense for Leeds, and he has adapted to the English top flight better than anyone could have imagined.
Daniel Farke is clearly a fan of his new left-back, but after what happened on Friday, he will surely have mixed emotions.

Gabriel Gudmundsson impresses in unfamiliar position
Gudmundsson featured in Sweden’s 2-0 defeat to Switzerland on Friday, alongside several other Premier League stars.
However, the Leeds defender, who has played consistently on the left of a back four at Elland Road, featured as one of three centre-backs for his country.
Former Watford star Ken Sema was deployed as a left wing-back, which is by far Gudmundsson’s most favoured position.
While Farke will be delighted that Gudmundsson fared well against a strong Switzerland side, he will be somewhat frustrated at the fact that he was played, once again, out of his best position.

However, for all parties, the best thing is that he finished the game unscathed, and fans will be hoping for a similar outcome when Sweden face Kosovo on Monday night.
How did Gabriel Gudmundsson fare for Sweden?
Driving forward with the ball has been one of the biggest assets Gudmundsson has shown for Leeds this season, though his ability to do that as part of a back three was restricted for Sweden.
Via FotMob, the 26-year-old didn’t even attempt a dribble in the game, but his passing stats were impressive.
The Leeds defender attempted 65 passes in the game, completing 55 of them, with an 85 per cent accuracy.
He won all but one of his four aerial duels against Switzerland, while making two tackles, five clearances and one goal-line clearance.
It was an impressive display at centre-back, but it’s hard to see him being given the chance to play there in the Premier League.
