Farke axes Jayden Bogle, three changes – Leeds predicted XI v West Brom
Leeds United boss Daniel Farke could drop Jayden Bogle as one of three changes when his side host West Brom on Saturday.
The Whites are looking to maintain their five-point advantage at the summit of the Championship on 1 March after the stunning 3-1 victory over Sheffield United (24 February).
Daniel Farke’s side produced a dramatic comeback to secure all three points at Bramall Lane with a Joel Piroe thunderbolt the pick of the bunch but will be hoping for a less intense clash against the Baggies.
The Elland Road outfit could increase their margin to eight points if results go their way this weekend.

Farke to axe Bogle for Leeds v West Brom
Despite the massive win on Monday evening, Farke’s side were second-best for a considerable period until Junior Firpo stepped up with the equaliser in the 72nd minute.
Illan Meslier had a howler for the Blades opener but is expected to start against Albion after redeeming himself later on in the contest.
Position | Team | Played | GD | Points |
1 | Leeds United | 34 | +50 | 75 |
2 | Sheffield United | 34 | +22 | 70 |
3 | Burnley | 34 | +34 | 68 |
4 | Sunderland | 34 | +19 | 62 |
Farke is predicted to make only one change to his backline, sticking with Firpo, Joe Rodon, and Pascal Struijk but dropping Bogle after a poor display against his former club with Sam Byram ready to replace him after stepping up admirably in his absence earlier in the season.

Ilia Gruev to be dropped for Leeds
In midfield, Joe Rothwell is expected to partner Ao Tanaka after Ilia Gruev’s frustrating performance against Chris Wilder’s side.
Ahead of the duo, Wilfried Gnonto might replace the ever-present Brenden Aaronson in the number ten role as the American failed to influence proceedings at Bramall Lane on a disappointing night.
Daniel James and Manor Solomon are predicted to continue on the wings, the latter was underwhelming on Monday but had just returned from injury, so can be excused.
Joel Piroe is expected to retain his place leading the line after his wonder strike, he had struggled in the clash before the goal but kept working and ultimately it paid off.
The Whites need to secure victory at home to ensure that they take a step closer to Premier League football next season and there is no reason for Farke to change a frontline that beat the second-best team in the division.
