Daniel Farke will wield axe on Patrick Bamford as Leeds United exit on cards
Leeds United have started pre-season under Daniel Farke with the Championship season less than one month away now at Elland Road.
Things have started quietly in terms of transfers after relegation, with Diego Llorente, Robin Koch and Brenden Aaronson moving away all on loan.
A twist emerged on Monday though, with the Daily Mail reporting that Patrick Bamford was now ready to leave the club, with that possibility on the cards.

Farke has already held transfer talks with the Leeds chiefs, and a new striker will certainly be something that popped up, regardless of Bamford.
The Irish Daily Mail reported on 30 June that Farke will not hesitate to wield the axe on any player who may have their head turned, with Crysencio Summerville and Willy Gnonto mentioned.
The German will only want players that are ready to fight for promotion again, not those who want to take the easy way out after being part of the reason we went down in the first place.

The same report that shared Bamford is ready to leave the club, shared that Leeds are looking at RB Leipzig man Yussuf Poulsen while scouting in South America too.
Bamford may not like the idea of another striker being signed, but you need someone who can score 20 goals a season in the Championship, and there are no guarantees he can do that.
The second tier is brutal with the fixtures coming thick and fast, so another option is needed, possibly two should Bamford move on in this window.
Should Bamford let it be known that he is ready to leave, Farke will not hesitate to pull the plug.
