Daniel Farke will now be left to wince at Leeds United as Fabrizio Romano drops Crysencio Summerville news
Daniel Farke will now be left wincing at Leeds United after yet another Crysencio Summerville exit news emerges at Elland Road – one could prove fatal to their promotion hopes.
Italian transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, writing in his Daily Briefing (2 November) has revealed that the extremely gifted Dutchman could depart Elland Road in the January window with several clubs interested in his services.
Romano reports that while nothing is advanced currently ahead of the winter window, things could still change in the “next few weeks” with many clubs following his situation.

The reports surrounding Summerville has been heating up over the past couple of weeks after The Athletic journalist Phil Hay shared on 23 October, that Leeds were said to be transparently open to offers for the high-flying Dutchman over the summer.
Burnley made a late offer that was rejected, while Crystal Palace, Bournemouth and Feyenoord were also taking a look at whether to make an approach for the winger.
It’s believed that Summerville was advised by those around him to stick it at Elland Road and it seems as if the Leeds United gem is reaping that decision right now with some stunning displays, but the rumours surrounding his future certainly aren’t going away.
Summerville has arguably been the stand-out performer with six goals and four assists in nine appearances, and his versatility to play across the forward line has been a key part of why Farke has got the best out of him and his teammates at Elland Road so far this season.

The Dutchman has proven such a welcome and crucial jigsaw to the Farke puzzle in the Championship so far that they simply cannot afford to lose him, given the cost of missing out on promotion to the Premier League.
Leeds fought hard to keep a lot of the squad from last season together to get back to the Premier League at the first attempt, and with the future of Wilfried Gnonto still a hot topic it’s going to be a tough January once again.
However, if the club are serious about getting back to the top flight at the first opportunity then they absolutely have to keep their best players, and Summerville is certainly that.

However, the Premier League is always an attractive league for Championship stars and given Summerville certainly has unfinished business in the division, Farke could now be left wincing at another potential exit blow in West Yorkshire.
In other Leeds United news, Farke could sanction yet another loan exit in January after what he said this week.
