Daniel Farke will be fuming after latest Premier League announcement ahead of Leeds vs Crystal Palace
Leeds United are set to take on Crystal Palace at Elland Road on Saturday, with Daniel Farke aiming to continue the Peacocks’ great run of form.
However, with the Premier League announcing on 15 December that Thomas Bramall will be officiating the tie, it will no doubt add a distaste for the West Yorkshire side.
Bramall has rarely taken charge of Leeds games, but when he has, they have always been controversial.
Therefore, with the Peacocks desperate for three points, Farke will no doubt be fuming.

Daniel Farke has stated previous frustrations with Thomas Bramall
Earlier in the season, Leeds lost 2-1 to Tottenham at Elland Road, in a match filled with controversies.
Leeds were denied a penalty when Pascal Struijk appeared to be dragged down late on.
As a result, Farke went on to reveal some frustrations with Bramall after the defeat at Elland Road, as the West Yorkshire side missed out on what could have been a valuable point.
Now, with the referee set to take charge of Saturday’s fixture, the manager will be fuming.
The match is a golden opportunity for Leeds to take three points, especially with Palace playing in Europe on Thursday, before also facing Arsenal in the Carabao Cup quarter-finals on Tuesday.
Now, if Bramall puts in another controversial performance at Elland Road, he could damage Farke’s hopes of claiming three points.

Leeds United’s record against Crystal Palace explained
Leeds do have a solid record against Palace in recent years.
The Peacocks have won seven of their last 14 meetings against the Eagles, only losing four times.
However, the last two fixtures have been defeats, with Leeds suffering a heavy 5-1 loss back in April 2023 at Elland Road.
| Leeds’ record against Crystal Palace | |
| Wins | 31 |
| Draws | 17 |
| Losses | 20 |
Therefore, Farke will be aiming to get revenge for the West Yorkshire club as they look to pull clear of the relegation zone.
