Daniel Farke set for sack at Leeds United as 49ers prepare another apology
Leeds United have no choice now; they have to sack Daniel Farke.
Relegation looms for Leeds after their 3-1 defeat to Nottingham Forest, with the Whites now having won just one of their last six games.
Once again, it was a pathetic display by Leeds, who are now just one point above the bottom three heading into the November international break.
To make matters worse, two of the four teams below them secured three points, and Farke’s future has surely been made clear as a result.
49ers must act now
Leeds are going straight back to the Championship unless changes are made, and the first one has to be in the form of Farke.
It was rumoured that Farke was going to be sacked before the season started, and with Leeds having won just three of their opening 11 games in the Premier League, it is becoming clear why that was a thought.
Farke’s record in the Premier League speaks for itself, and it is only going to get worse if he is allowed to remain in the dugout beyond the international break.
Only Wolves have scored less than the Whites, who have looked disjointed and lost for ideas for the most part this season, and while some of those on the pitch need to take a look in the mirror, a lot of the blame stands with the German.

Failure to act now would showcase a massive lack of ambition from the 49ers, and not for the first time since the Whites returned to the top flight.
49ers have already had to accept a mistake this season
If Farke is sacked, it will be the second time the 49ers have been forced to pull the trigger this season, having done the same with Russell Martin at Rangers after a shocking start to the season.
Sounds familiar.
The American-based ownership were urged to apologise to Rangers fans for their error by Nigel Reo-Coker, and they could be forced to do the same if they stick with Farke.
As quoted by Glasgow World, he said: “I think that the ownership probably would have to really put their hands up to say, we made the wrong decision and you have to move on from it.”
Things are only going to get worse for Leeds if the trigger isn’t pulled.
