Daniel Farke must make Leeds tactical change after what Ross McCormack noticed, it could save his job
Daniel Farke could learn from Ross McCormack to avoid the sack at Leeds United.
Leeds lost 3-1 against Nottingham Forest last time out as further pressure mounted on the German head coach at Elland Road.
Farke is at risk of losing his job at Leeds after what looks destined to be a detrimental run of form at this stage of the season.
The Whites have had a mixed start to the campaign, with Leeds facing a serious risk of relegation after 11 Premier League games.
McCormack has pointed out one tactical issue in Yorkshire that could be changed to afford Farke more time before potentially facing the axe.

Ross McCormack points out tactical issue at Leeds United
Farke is edging towards the sack at Leeds after recent performances have been just as poor as the results.
Defeats against Brighton and Nottingham Forest provided little reason to be optimistic, especially after the Whites lost to Burnley and Fulham earlier in the campaign.
That has left the LS11 outfit in a difficult position as the sides below them, apart from Wolves, appear to be turning their results around.
Leeds are looking ahead to clashes against Aston Villa, Manchester City, Chelsea and Liverpool, so things aren’t going to get any easier.

McCormack has been left questioning why Farke hasn’t altered his side to get more out of Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
Speaking live via talkSPORT on 11 November, the former striker shared his belief that a change should be made to benefit the summer signing.
He said: “I think with someone like him [Calvert-Lewin], the team has got to be built around him.
“What I mean is, your wingers and full-backs have got to look constantly to get crosses into the box, and I don’t feel as if Leeds United do that.“
Leeds need more from Dominic Calvert-Lewin
Calvert-Lewin was signed with a mixed reception in West Yorkshire after what had been an inconsistent spell with Everton.
The Englishman hasn’t changed that record yet at Elland Road, having scored just one goal in his opening 10 matches under Farke.
No change has been made to truly benefit the number nine, who is famed for his physical capability and strength in the air.
Leeds would undoubtedly benefit from getting the ball into the box, funnelling more chances to the summer signing in the process.
If Farke can get the best out of Calvert-Lewin, there is no reason why the Whites can’t become more of an attacking force.
