Daniel Farke gets transfer boost at Leeds after Bilal El Khannous development
Paraag Marathe and 49ers Enterprises can leave no stone unturned at Leeds United as Daniel Farke prepares for the Premier League season.
The Whites are set to bolster their attack with ex-Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin, and it remains to be seen whether he will face his former side at Elland Road on 18 August.
It looks like the West Yorkshire outfit are prioritising signings in the attack after missing out on Igor Paixao to Olympique Marseille.
The Peacocks may now have an opportunity to push forward with another deal to have an edge in their final third.

Newcastle are not interested in Leeds target Bilal El Khannouss
Agents have been pushing Newcastle United as a possible destination for Leicester City playmaker and Leeds United target Bilal El Khannouss, according to NewcastleWorld.
The news outlet reported on 13 August that the Magpies have no interest in the Morocco international, which will undoubtedly come as a boost for the hierarchy at Elland Road.
It’s been claimed that the Tyneside outfit have been associated with the 21-year-old to drive a deal for other teams, with the West Yorkshire outfit monitoring his situation.
Farke will now hope the Peacocks don’t waste any time and get a deal over the line for El Khannouss as soon as possible.

El Khannouss will bring his skills to Elland Road
Leeds haven’t seemed to make any progress on El Khannouss in recent weeks, but now feels like the right time to do so.
The Moroccan playmaker possesses impressive hold-up play and dribbling abilities, which will arguably come in handy for the Whites in the Premier League.
Ruud van Nistelrooy once praised the 21-year-old’s skilful and technical talent, and the former Manchester United attacker certainly knows what he’s talking about.
- El Khannouss joined Leicester for £21million.
- The attacking midfielder has a £24.5m release clause at the King Power Stadium.
- The 21-year-old scored two goals and provided three assists in the Premier League last season.
Speaking after a 2-0 defeat to Manchester City in December 2024, as relayed by LeicestershireLive, the ex-Leicester manager said: “That’s what the team did today. They made each other strong. Players were playing in their roles and reaching their top levels.
“That’s what you want from the team, and I think Bilal deserves a big compliment today, for his work rate off the ball and on the ball, for how skilful and technical he is.”
Other attackers like Al-Hilal’s Aleksandar Mitrovic have been linked with a move to Leeds this summer, but only time will tell who they will end up signing.
Brenden Aaronson seems to have lost his place in the starting lineup under Farke as the German manager looks at playing a different system in the Premier League.
The Whites could do with another winger, though, and El Khannouss played out wide for the Foxes last season.
