Crysencio Summerville and Archie Gray axed, Djed Spence to start – Predicted Leeds United XI v Blackburn Rovers
Daniel Farke could be set to make some changes to his Leeds United starting lineup for Saturday’s Championship clash with Blackburn.
The Whites are on an excellent run of form after their 3-2 win over Middlesbrough made it eight wins from the last 10 games, while Rovers come into the game having lost two of their last five in the division.
But after admitting that the team had been suffering with some knocks this week, he could look to freshen things up with his team with a couple of changes.

Illan Meslier is not someone whose position is in doubt and he will start in goal barring some late unavailability, while centre-back pairing Joe Rodon and Pascal Struijk have established themselves as key members of Farke’s side.
Junior Firpo is ruled out with a hamstring strain so Sam Byram should continue at left-back ahead of Jamie Shackleton, but Djed Spence should now be ready to start for the first time since joining on loan from Tottenham in the summer meaning a well-earned rest for youngster Archie Gray.
In midfield Ilia Gruev continues to push for minutes but Ethan Ampadu and Glen Kamara have been sensational all over the pitch and a huge reason for the excellent run of form, so both will keep their place in the side.

Further forward Daniel James has been in excellent form on the right wing and has made the position his own ahead of Jaidon Anthony, so Farke will want him to continue that at Ewood Park where counter attacks could be vital.
On the left though Crysencio Summerville has been so important that the manager may be more careful after his knock in the week, and that could see Wilfried Gnonto come into his preferred left-wing role to deputise for the Dutchman.
Joel Piroe and Georginio Rutter will continue to lead the line up front, with Patrick Bamford and Mateo Joseph competing to get a rare start in case he opts to change things.
In other Leeds news, Mateo Joseph could get rare Leeds United opportunity v Blackburn after Thursday developments.
