Arne Slot decision could prove favourable for Leeds United after latest reveal
Mohamed Salah has had a mixed campaign under Arne Slot at Liverpool.
Leeds United host Liverpool on Saturday, looking to build on the momentum from their shock 3-1 victory against Chelsea midweek.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin scored his third goal of the season, but it remains to be seen whether he is afforded the chance to add to that, with both him and Lukas Nmecha emerging as minor doubts for the clash at Elland Road.
However, one man who will be fit is Salah, and the latest decisions made by Slot could play into the hands of the Whites.

Leeds United hate playing against Mohamed Salah
Leeds are one of only three teams that Cole Palmer has failed to score or assist against, but it is a very different story with Salah.
Only Thierry Henry and Alan Shearer have scored more goals against Leeds than Salah, who has scored nine goals in six Premier League appearances against the Whites.
However, recent decisions by Slot could prove to work in the favour of Leeds, with the Egyptian named on the bench in both of their recent encounters.
If that were to be the case again at Elland Road, Leeds’ chances of victory would be increased tenfold, though there are other dangermen they will have to be aware of.
Hugo Ekitike has six goals in all competitions for Liverpool, and having also been named on the bench in their last two games, he will be looking to add to that this weekend if afforded the chance.

What happened last time Mohamed Salah faced Leeds?
Leeds’ last meeting with Liverpool was back in 2023, and it was a night to forget for the Whites, to say the least.
Liverpool coasted to a 6-1 victory over Leeds, with Salah scoring twice.
Diogo Jota and Cody Gakpo were also on the scoresheet, with Darwin Nunez coming on as a substitute to score the final goal of the game.
Luis Sinisterra was the scorer for Leeds, with Jack Harrison, Pascal Struijk and Brenden Aaronson all named in the starting 11.
