Pablo Hernandez is celebrating his 35th birthday today and plenty of Leeds United fans have piled onto Twitter to pay tribute to their midfield magician.
The official Leeds site started it off with a video of his top ten goals for Leeds. Number one? The absolute peach against Bristol City on the first day of the season.

Those two videos sum up how important Hernandez is to Leeds in a nutshell.
He’s scored six goals and added six assists in the Championship this season from 28 appearances and 25 starts.

That’s the least that he’s been used since he arrived at Leeds but while he’s getting older, his powers aren’t waning yet.
He bagged 12 goals and added 12 assists last season as Leeds almost secured promotion.
We’d love to see him in the Premier League with Marcelo Bielsa next season and we’re sure that he’s still going to be an influential player for the club until his contract runs out in 2022.
