Weston McKennie’s father sends stinking message to section of Leeds United fans
John McKennie, the father of Weston, has sent a message to Leeds United fans for the hate they sent his son at Elland Road on Sunday.
The Whites fans jeered the American and a section of them even abused him after the 4-1 defeat against Tottenham Hotspur.
This saw his father decided to take a stand as he sent love to Leeds but also a message to the fans that gave McKennie hate.

Via Twitter, he wrote, “All the best to LUFC! For those who supported Weston in a hostile environment, you have my respect! For those who failed to remember it’s a team sport you live to fight another day.”
Not good
Mckennie has not done well for Leeds but he’ll be the first one to admit it.
He signed under a manager who supposedly knew how to bring the best out of him, but was sacked just days after the Juventus man was signed.
For Leeds fans to be barbaric in this manner is uncalled for and it’s as if they think the players are intentionally doing it.

It’s best for McKennie that he’s going back to Juventus and he can reignite his career there or elsewhere.
Hopefully, the hate he’s received from fans is not going to get him down and he can take a break away from the game and get back to train in a few weeks.
For Leeds, it’s time they nail their recruitment so that disasters like McKennie do not happen again and hopefully that may change things.
In other Leeds United news, Phil Hay claims that an international player at Elland Road has no place at the club next season and a summer transfer is on the cards.
