Victor Orta scouring European nations for Javi Gracia replacement as Andrea Radrizzani fumes at Leeds United ‘mess’
Victor Orta is scouring European nations for a potential replacement for Javi Gracia after Andrea Radrizzani told him to sort the ‘mess’ at Leeds out.
The Whites sit one point above the relegation zone after their 4-1 loss to Bournemouth on Sunday, with a record-breaking 23 goals conceded in April alone.
That has seen Gracia’s position come under threat with four games to go despite only being hired in February, and Orta is now on the search for potential replacements abroad according to the Daily Mail (1 May).

“But sporting director Victor Orta – who has been instructed by Radrizzani to sort the mess – is also said to be scouring options in Spain and Holland,” they wrote.
Joke
Orta was tasked with replacing Marcelo Bielsa and brought in Jesse Marsch, who lasted a year and completely flopped for the most part during his time in England.
Then he totally failed to replace Marsch adequately after the joke of a process that saw Leeds rejected by several managers and having absolutely no plans on what to do otherwise.

But despite settling on Gracia who has been proven to be absolutely rubbish for the most part, Orta has now been entrusted with replacing him again.
Who would take the job at this point is unknown and anyone who would is surely mental anyway, so the likelihood is that we will end up with Michael Skubala in charge again.
It’s a joke that we’re at this point now, but with four games to go something has to change. Hopefully they get it right this time, because we simply cannot afford for it to go wrong.
In other Leeds news, the club are searching for a replacement for Javi Gracia with his future up in the air.
