TV crew arrive at Elland Road to announce Dan James deal at Leeds
Dan James is due to arrive at Elland Road imminently to finalise his transfer to Leeds United this afternoon.
Sky Sports’ Keith Downie has shared the latest on the deal, with James currently finishing up his medical at Thorp Arch.
It was revealed that TV and camera crews had already arrived at the stadium as they prepare to unveil the Welsh international.
Speaking on Sky Sports this afternoon, Downie shared the latest as the deal looks set to be announced.
“We then expect him to travel here to Elland Road to formalise that transfer,” he said.
“Our cameraman caught a quick spot just a moment ago of some of the club’s TV cameras and social media guys arriving in anticipation of Dan James arriving here later on.”

This is a strange one as we have all been here before.
Surely James himself will be getting De Ja Vu as he goes through all the same stages as he did more than two years ago when almost joining.
Things have changed dramatically since then, with upgrades to the squad, training ground and stadium set to welcome him to West Yorkshire.
With his media obligations standing between him and the deal being announced, that should be done in the coming hours.
All that is left then is the contract signing and announcement, and then everyone can breathe what is no doubt going to be a huge sigh of relief.
