The sky is limit for Leeds United ace Sam Greenwood – Jermaine Beckford
Jermaine Beckford has insisted the “sky is the limit” for Leeds United youngster Sam Greenwood after his latest admission.
The BBC pundit admitted his close relationship with the supporters during his time at the club gave him the extra bit between his teeth.
Beckford’s comments came after the Whites youngster said he can relate to the fans after the Watford win.

“You see the fans and it’s unbelievable. I can just relate, similar people, a working-class area where everyone works hard for what they want.
“It’s a similar area, I can relate to. It’s a nice feeling,” The 20-year-old told the Leeds United podcast.
“I had that as well,” Beckford said as per Yorkshire Evening Post.
“I think that’s why you want to give a little bit more, you feel that energy, you feel that passion coming from the fans, from the club, from your family, and you want to give it all back.
“Trust me, enjoy that, enjoy that moment, nurture it and figure out how to make it work best for you as well because once you’ve done that – the sky’s the limit, bro.
“Honestly, it’s incredible.”

Relationship
The Leeds fans are amongst the very best in the world. The passion that is ever-present at Elland Road is a huge boost for the players but as Beckford eluded to it needs to be “nurtured”.
If the Whites fans sense a player not being interested, they are doomed. the players need to give everything to the club and the fans, as this squad does, to get the best back from the supporters.
Often young footballers can be quite flashy with the big money they are on but Greenwood’s background has kept him grounded.
The lad from the North-East understands the working-class values which are vitally important at Leeds.
Off the pitch, he is a touch of class but he is still waiting to burst onto the scene on it.
He has shown great promise with the U23s and has even bagged two assists in three Premier League appearances this season but there is so much more to come from the youngster.
