Jamie O’Hara says he really likes what he is seeing from Leeds United loanee Jack Harrison at the moment.
The winger scored for Everton in their 3-1 defeat at home to Manchester City on Wednesday (27 December).
That was his second Premier League goal in 13 top-flight appearances for the Toffees, with Harrison and teammate Dwight McNeil coming in for particular praise when O’Hara was speaking on talkSPORT (28 December).

“I really like Dwight McNeil at the moment, he’s playing some good football, Jack Harrison as well,” O’ Hara said.
No way back surely
Of all the players to have taken advantage of baffling relegation clauses inserted into contracts by the previous regime at Elland Road, Harrison’s was probably the one that stung most with supporters and rightly so.
Okay, so it was not Harrison’s fault that it was inserted into his terms that he could depart Elland Road on loan in the event of the club being relegated from the Premier League.

But the fact he opted to take the easy way out rather than fight for the club and fight to get them back into the top flight did not really sit right.
There is no buy-option involved in the deal that took him to Everton on a temporary basis but it is hard to see that Harrison has any sort of future at Elland Road regardless of what happens with both clubs this season. Leeds have moved on and ultimately they probably won’t want him no matter what league they are in next campaign.
In other Leeds United news, Junior Firpo may have a chance to save his own career at Elland Road.
