Supercomputer predicts outcome of Brentford vs Leeds United in Premier League relegation fight
Leeds United have the opportunity to pull Brentford right back into the Premier League relegation fight on Sunday.
Daniel Farke’s side are just four points behind the Bees as it stands, after an impressive start to December.
The Whites grabbed a point against title-holders Liverpool last Saturday, with Ao Tanaka smashing home a last-minute equaliser.
It came just three days after Leeds beat Chelsea 3-1 at Elland Road, but according to the supercomputer, their good run could be coming to an end.
Leeds will need a miracle against Brentford
Farke has ended any talk of his sacking for the time being, after picking up four points against Chelsea and Liverpool.
However, Leeds are still only three points clear of the relegation zone and are in desperate need of another good result against Brentford.
Keith Andrews’ side have lost their three of their last four Premier League games, which should give the Elland Road outfit some confidence ahead of the trip to West London.
The Opta Supercomputer is still backing Brentford to win though, giving the hosts a massive 59.5 per cent chance of picking up the three points.

Leeds are given a 19.3 per cent shot at coming away with the victory, with the draw at 21.2 per cent.
This is how Leeds can prove the supercomputer wrong
Despite the odds being stacked against Leeds, they will go into Sunday’s game brimming with confidence after two magnificent performances.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin is firing up front, and in their new 5-3-2 formation, Farke’s side are playing to the former Everton man’s strengths.
Leeds now look to be a completely different side to the one that was sleepwalking to Premier League relegation just a few weeks ago, and it would be foolish to write them off for this game.
Admittedly, the Whites’ away form has been poor this season, with the Elland Road outfit picking up just one win on their travels, a 3-1 triumph over rock-bottom Wolves at Molineux.
However, with a renewed sense of confidence, Leeds will be expecting to put up a proper fight against Brentford and come away with a result.
