Stuart Dallas wowed by one Leeds star after what he did v Middlesbrough
Stuart Dallas was wowed by a Sam Byram tackle in the Leeds United against Middlesbrough on Tuesday.
The Whites secured a 3-1 win against Michael Carrick’s side on 10 December thanks to goals from Wilfried Gnonto, Dan James and Brenden Aaronson.
Despite the Wales international putting Daniel Farke’s side in front for the second time, it was Byram who caught the eye for his tackle before Joel Piroe sent the winger through on goal.
This impressed ex-Leeds star Dallas who took to Instagram on 11 December to say: “Some tackle that, but you forgot your wellness.”

The 31-year-old has been a dependable part of Farke’s squad this campaign after playing his fair share of matches last year in the failed promotion mission.
After joining on a free transfer from Norwich City, it is unlikely that the defender would have seen himself playing as regularly as he has done.
This was only enforced when Jayden Bogle joined from Sheffield United in the summer to take up the starting right-back role.
Even with that deal, Byram has often made the most of his opportunities when handed them and the Middlesbrough win was a key example of this.
His challenge on Dan Barlaser sent the Whites on the way to secure all three points in a game-winning moment for his side.

This sort of impact from throughout the squad will be important at Elland Road if promotion is a realistic goal that can be achieved this season.
With Farke’s men currently sitting top of the Championship tree, a place in the Premier League is there’s to lose right now.
In other Leeds United news, a decision has been made on where Joe Gelhardt will go on loan in January.
