Lewis Jones has backed Leeds United to leave Arsenal with all three points in their Premier League clash on Sunday afternoon.
The Sky Sports pundit has predicted the Whites to edge a five-goal thriller at the Emirates, leaving North London with a 2-3 victory.
Marcelo Bielsa’s men are in great form having won three of their last four in the Premier League and will want to put that 0-0 draw in the reverse fixture to bed with a win here.
Writing in his Sky Sports predictions column, Jones has backed the Leeds front three to hand the Gunners defence a huge workout.
“You can’t beat a bit of Leeds on Super Sunday,” he said.
“They head to The Emirates will their tails firmly up, too, having won three of their last four matches. Patrick Bamford, Raphinha and Jack Harrison are all playing with confidence and you feel the Arsenal back four is going to get a significant workout in this one.
“A quick look at the table shows that Leeds are above Arsenal with a game in hand. The eye in terms of performances backs that up – there really isn’t much between these two.”
This is a huge game.
Leeds have jumped ahead of Arsenal in the Premier League, and can really establish their spot in the top-half with three points at the Emirates on Sunday.
The Gunners haven’t been at their best either, only winning one of their last five games and will be without key men in midfield and defence.
Kalvin Phillips is a doubt for the Whites, and much could depend on his fitness with only two days to go until the game gets underway – fingers crossed.
