Sky Sports pundit Darren Bent slams Leeds United manager Javi Gracia after Liverpool and Fulham games

Darren Bent has slammed Leeds United and their manager Javi Gracia for the results against Liverpool, Fulham and Crystal Palace.

The Whites have lost all three games as they’re right in the mix of relegation once again and Bent believes that they’re not the same team in the second half of matches as they are in the first.

Leeds face Leicester and Bournemouth in two back-to-back relegation six pointers hoping to keep them in the Premier League.

Speaking on the Kelly and Wrighty Show, Bent, a Sky Sports pundit, said [24/04, 14:49], “I don’t know what’s happening at half-time, their performances have been awful. They’re running all over the place, getting picked apart. Gracia has questions to answer.”

Shameful

Some of these Leeds performances are shameful and Gracia, despite being there only recently, needs to take some blame for it.

His half-time team talks are having a reverse impact on the side and he needs to watch what instructions he’s giving the players.

The next two games are like cup finals and if they cannot get six points, nothing under four points is an acceptable situation.

A loss not only takes their chance away of getting three points, but gives their opponents the extra three in the race against relegation.

Willy Gnonto has to start and Gracia will have some serious explaining to do if he does not name the Italy international in his eleven against Leicester.

The Foxes are still not on the same page as Dean Smith hasn’t fully got his side to play his way so this is the chance for Leeds to capitalise.

In other Leeds United news, a Whites player has a potential offer on the table and could seal his permanent Elland Road exit this summer.
