Sky Sports expert predicts outcome of Leeds United v Man Utd
Leeds United will face rivals Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday (20 February) at Elland Road.
The atmosphere at Elland Road is definitely going to be electrifying, but it remains to be seen whether Leeds can rise up to the occasion.
The Whites are without a win in their last three games in the Premier League, and Sky Sports expert Lewis Jones has predicted yet another defeat for the home side.
Jones wrote for Sky Sports while predicting a 3-1 defeat for Leeds: “Investing in Manchester United peppering the Leeds goal looks like an angle to exploit and I have headed towards the individual player markets on a hunt for some value.
“Unbelievably, despite scoring six goals in his last 13 caps for England he [Harry Maguire] has not scored for United for over a year. The signs are there that might be about to change though as he has registered three shots on target in his last three matches.
“Now he faces a team who just love conceding from set pieces. Leeds have shipped 11 Premier League goals from set plays this season, excluding penalties.”

This is a massive game for Leeds and a positive result could lift the entire atmosphere at the club.
Taking into consideration the injury problems they have had this season, one thing that has come about for Leeds is that they have been unpredictable.
On their day, they can produce a thrilling 3-2 victory against West Ham away from home, while the Whites have also lost 3-0 away at Goodison Park.
There is a lack of consistency in the side, and that’s why no one knows how Leeds are going to play against the Red Devils.
It’s been really frustrating for the manager, but that’s how it is this season. With Liverpool and Tottenham fixtures to follow, it’s essential they put up a massive performance on Sunday.
Jack Harrison has been in decent form of late, while Raphinha once again will be the key man for the Whites. Dan James is another player to watch out for as he will face against his former club.
In other Leeds United news, the club are seriously considering one manager as Bielsa’s successor.
