Simon Jordan drops Millwall v Leeds United prediction live on air, Jim White agrees

Simon Jordan and Jim White believe Leeds United will claim a positive result against Millwall at The Den on Wednesday.

The Whites are unbeaten against Millwall in the last three meetings, though the Lions have shown plenty of promise in recent fixtures, defeating Burnley 1-0 just last weekend.

However, Daniel Farke’s side head into the game on 6 November as unbeaten in eight matches, which has seen them move within three points of league leaders Sunderland.

Speaking live via talkSPORT on Wednesday (6 November, 11:55am), Jordan said: “It’s very difficult for me to observe on Millwall as a South London rival of Crystal Palace with any great degree of enthusiasm, but I think Leeds will get a result.

“I don’t think Millwall are in any great shape just because they’re eighth in the Championship. Leeds are going great guns, aren’t they?”

Jim White added: “I think so. I won’t be there to see it but I’d back Leeds to get something there.”

Leeds United to claim all three points against Millwall at The Den?

With the side’s current form, it will take a special performance to knock Leeds off their perch, though Millwall will be flying high after their 1-0 win over Burnley.

While the Whites are unbeaten against Millwall in their last three meetings, the fixture does usually promise goals, whether it be at The Den or Elland Road.

Farke now has Dan James back in the starting XI following his injury, joining Wilfried Gnonto, Brenden Aaronson and Joel Piroe in the final third, forming a dangerous forward line.

Although Leeds are third in the Championship, they do slightly drop to fifth in away form. They will still be expected to claim all three points at The Den on Wednesday, though.

Securing six points against Millwall and QPR before the international break would be a huge boost as Farke’s side look to claim promotion to the Premier League at the second time of asking.
