Robin Koch sends Twitter message as Leeds get set to head into 2022
Robin Koch has taken to Twitter to motivate Leeds United and put focus on their first game of 2022 as they welcome Burnley to Elland Road.
Thanks to two postponements in quick succession, the Whites have been afforded an early break in what would usually be a really busy festive period.
All eyes are firmly on the second half of the season as Leeds look to change their fortunes on Sunday afternoon (2nd January).

Koch has wasted no time in motivating the fans. Having not long returned from injury he took to social media to say: “We will not return to Elland Road until next year.
“By then we will be prepared to get back to winning ways. Everyone look after your health, it is the most important thing. Then we can start the new year well.
“Marching on together.”
Back with a bang
Koch will be like a new signing for Leeds. The German has struggled with injuries since joining the Whites, but it is absolutely imperative he remains fit for the remainder of the season.
Marcelo Bielsa will be adopting an all hands-on deck approach to the second half of the season as he squeezes everything out of all of his players in an attempt to stay in the Premier League.
As one of the more experienced players in the team, having Koch fit and available to play in the heart of defence will be a huge boost for Leeds.

The return of some of Leeds’ key players in important positions will put them in good stead to change things around at Elland Road.
Something that is absolutely vital as almost every game in the league becomes a must-win for the team. A positive start to 2022 is needed so the Whites can forget about their terrible end to 2021 and kickstart their season.
