Predicted Leeds line-up v Brentford
Leeds United were hit with a triple fitness blow on Tuesday ahead of their Championship game against Brentford on Wednesday night.
Liam Cooper, Ezgjan Alioski and Barry Douglas are all doubts for the game, although talking in the pre-match press conference (live on the official LUFC app), Marcelo Bielsa said they might play.
He said they were fit enough to play but that he wanted them to be 100% before selecting them.
If all three players are ruled out it could see a switch at the back, with Stuart Dallas moving over to left-back and Jamie Shackleton coming in on the right.
Gaetano Berardi is the stand-in player in the centre of defence and he should come in for Cooper.
Given that Leeds are top of the Championship after two wins and a draw we don’t expect any other unforced changes, with Patrick Bamford leading the line again after his two goals against Wigan.
It means that Helder Costa and Eddie Nketiah will be made to wait longer for their first league starts.
