Phil Hay shares what Jesse Marsch said about Raphinha after Leeds United return
Phil Hay has shared the response of Jesse Marsch on Thursday evening (07 July) as Raphinha returned to Leeds United training today.
The American admitted that the Brazilain could still be on the plane to Australia, but it has yet to be decided given all of the speculation surrounding his future.
Marsch even pointed out that he was aware that Raphinha wants one certain move, which putting two and two together likely means Barcelona.
Writing on his personal Twitter account in the last hour, Hay shared what Marsch said about the Brazilian and a potential exit from Elland Road.
“Raphinha trained with Leeds today,” he wrote.
“Marsch said the club still need to decide if he is going to Australia, with all the speculation surrounding him. Marsch plainly aware that Raphinha wants a certain move, and understands that.”

Despite Raphinha returning to training today, it is clear that everyone involved still has their mind on an exit.
The winger himself, along with Deco, have made it clear that they want to move to Barcelona, but the Spanish club need to pay up the money, it is as simple as that.
In a separate interview, Marsch admitted that things could move quickly in the coming days before the Whites jet away to the other side of the globe [Fabrizio Romano].
Thankfully, new signing Luis Sinisterra will be on that flight, so Leeds will not be without pace and flair from South America as they step up their preparations.
The Colombian was brought in as a replacement ahead of Raphinha moving on, so it looks as though that deal could also help accelerate another.
This is certainly one to watch in the next 48 hours at Thorp Arch and Elland Road.
