Phil Hay: Kalvin Phillips must be worth near £100m to Leeds
Phil Hay has predicted that Leeds United midfielder Kalvin Phillips will be nearing a £100million valuation.
The Yorkshire Pirlo has gone to the next level since earning England international status, and recently won the Player of the Year award for the Three Lions.
Hay insisted that Phillips is constantly improving at Elland Road, and made the major transfer claim that will please any fan.

Speaking on the Phil Hay Podcast, the journalist shared just how much he believes that Phillips has improved recently.
“It was that thing of being one or two passes ahead of where you need to be,” he said.
“How you read the game and how that’s going to go, and I feel like that’s coming through with Phillips, and he just seems to be improving constantly.
“You’re now starting to think of him as a player whose value must be creeping up somewhere towards £100million.”

Easily.
This is all down to Marcelo Bielsa.
If this quote was mentioned more than three years ago, although promising, many would have laughed at that valuation.
Phillips has transformed his game and has become a sensational figure in this Leeds squad, and he will only be getting better as time goes on.
Jack Grealish went for that price in the summer and attacking players usually go for more, meaning Phillips is likely behind that.
Still, it would easily take a high eight-figure total in order to even tempt the Whites and Andrea Radrizzani, this team is being built around him.
