Peter Schmeichel gushes over Leeds United owned Jack Harrison footage in Everton win v Bournemouth

Leeds United attacker Jack Harrison opened his duck for Everton on loan scoring a wonder goal in their 3-0 win over Bournemouth.

The English winger was injured when he moved to Goodison Park but recently returned to full fitness and has been playing on the right flank for Sean Dyche’s side.

Peter Schmeichel reacted as footage emerged for the Harrison goal which put some daylight between the two teams.

Speaking on the Premier League world feed at 16:00 on 7 October, he said, “That’s a beautiful finish. Wow. Nothing the keeper can do about it.”

Played his last game for Leeds?

A fair case can be made that Harrison’s played his last game for Leeds and it remains to be seen what happens next summer.

Everton do not have the option to buy him but if he’s performing like this, there will be other Premier League sides waiting to take a punt on him.

He nearly joined Leicester City in January and they look to be in contention to secure promotion to the top flight as well.

They may want to try signing him again and even if Leeds get promoted, it will depend on whether or not Farke actually wants him in his side.

As of now, Harrison’s undoubtedly making the most of another season in the Premier League while Leeds are desperately trying to get there again.

They are playing good football and getting the right results under Farke so there isn’t much to complain about, but the consistency is needed right until the end of the season.

In other Leeds United news, Phil Hay claims that big European clubs have been keeping tabs on a Whites player for a while and are still willing to sign him.
