Patrick Vieira could replace Steve Cooper if Nottingham Forest lose to Leeds United
Patrick Vieira is reportedly the leading candidate at Nottingham Forest to replace Steve Cooper if they lose to Leeds United.
The Whites play host to Forest at Elland Road on Tuesday, 4 April, with both sides desperately needing the win to get away from the relegation zone.
According to the Daily Mail [4 April], a win for the home side could see Cooper getting sacked and the former Crystal Palace manager and Arsenal legend replacing him.

Gone?
Leeds can add to Forest’s misery if they end up beating them on Tuesday and that could see Cooper lose his job.
It seemed like he was backed by the board as after a tough run of form he was handed a new deal at the City Ground.
However, things appear to be getting bad for them again and he may not be the right manager to take them to that next level and make them Premier League regulars.
Leeds need to take advantage of this uncertainty and go for the kill in this one as there seem to be plenty of Forest players that are not playing for the manager anymore.

Javi Gracia’s men will go into this game as favourites and they cannot afford to take their foot off the gas until the three points are sealed.
Even a draw will be a bad result for them and this needs to be treated as a must-win game as it’s one of the easiest games they’ve got left and cannot afford to drop points.
