Paris Saint-Germain in hunt to sign Wilfried Gnonto as scouts blown away by Leeds United sensation
Leeds United winger Wilfried Gnonto is attracting interest from several clubs, including French giants Paris Saint-Germain, according to journalist Dean Jones.
The youngster is reportedly in line for a summer exit from Elland Road amid a miserable campaign for the club.
Jones believes the Whites must worry about their future in the Premier League, but also about the future of some star players if they are indeed relegated to the Championship.

“The main worry is Gnonto because there is no way he can be playing in a lower division next season,” former Eurosport journalist Jones told GIVEMESPORT. “This is a player that could be heading to the Champions League while his teammates are down in the Championship.
“Earlier in the campaign he started to establish himself at this level and I know a lot of scouts have been surprised at how he has not been affected by the pressures of the Premier League.
“I know Chelsea have been linked and I don’t have too much information on there being progress with that but I do think Arsenal have half an eye on how Leeds’ season plays out because he could give them an edge if he looks to move clubs but stay in England.
“Beyond that there will be so many options on the continent, I’m already hearing about clubs like Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain and Borussia Dortmund having an eye on this.”

Exit increasingly likely
Like many issues at Leeds, the dealing of talented winger Gnonto in recent times is seemingly their own fault.
The Italian had shone under former boss Jesse Marsch, but was not really given a look in at all under his successor Javi Gracia.
New head coach Sam Allardyce has plenty on his plate ahead of a huge couple of weeks for him and the club, but getting the best out of Gnonto should surely be a priority.
Allardyce won’t have any say on the matter when it comes to the long-term future of the young attacker, but the boss can make sure he has an impact when it comes to the last few matches of the season.
There is clearly a very talented player there, one who can do major damage to defences as Leeds try their best to stay in the Premier League this season.
They have been short of confidence in the final third throughout the entire campaign, but Gnonto has proven he is not scared of taking on opponents and driving at them, with that creative spark needed in the coming weeks.
In other Leeds United news, Gary Lineker has provided his reaction to the appointment of Sam Allardyce as the club’s new head coach for the remainder of the season.
