Paddy Kenny fumes at ’embarrassing’ Leeds United footage in aftermath of 4-1 loss v Bournemouth
Paddy Kenny has delivered a scathing response of the Leeds United players after footage emerged of them ignoring fans after the 4-1 loss to Bournemouth.
A video emerged (Sport Bible via Twitter, 1 May) after the fixture at the Vitality Stadium of the players leaving the team hotel and blatantly ignoring the gathering fans.
Kenny has since reacted to the video and slammed the players, suggesting they should all be “ashamed”.
“Wow this is embarrassing,” he said (via Twitter, 30 April)
“Can’t believe what I’ve watched with this and Arsenal recently, it’s a joke and they all should be ashamed.”
Disgrace
All the players should hang their heads in shame. They’ve just produced a truly dreadful performance against a relegation rival and they cannot bring themselves to even acknowledge the fanbase. Show some character, show some leadership, unfortunately for Leeds, there are no leaders within the squad.
Tyler Adams is probably the only player who can be classed as a leader both on and off the field. His absence has been significant. Where exactly do we go from here? With Manchester City to come, things don’t get any easier.

The trip to the Etihad could easily end up being a cricket score. They’ve been in scintillating form of late and look to be on course for a treble, which would include the Champions League. The board are responsible for the club’s current state and they may as well make a change in the dugout once again.
Michael Skubala should be given the role for the season’s final games in one final show of desperation from Victor Orta and Andrea Radrizzani.
In other Leeds United news, Gracia is under mounting pressure at Elland Road.
