MOT View: Super Sunday for Leeds fans as 19/20 season so far is replayed
Sky Sports are set to deliver a real treat for Leeds United supporters, making tomorrow a real Super Sunday.
Starting from midday on Sky Sports Football, Sky are replaying, in chronological order, highlights of every game from the 19/20 season that they’ve televised so far.
That goes on for a full six hours – the perfect Mothering Sunday gift for the Leeds supporter in your family.
The Championship extravaganza plays out from midday until 6pm and will show non-Leeds fans just why Bielsa’s men are top of the league.
Fair play to Sky Sports for this. We don’t always have the very best relationship but with live sport off the menu for now at least, this is the very best thing they could put in its place.
Some Leeds fans have complained that they’ve already paused their Sky Sports subscriptions but that shouldn’t stop them from watching the action.
Sky is letting customers pause their subscriptions and still keep access to all the channels and all their existing recordings.
That means you don’t have to pay again until Leeds are back live again in the Championship.
This follows on from BBC Radio Leeds replaying the classic Man U v Leeds FA Cup third round game from 2010 on Saturday afternoon with full commentary from Adam Pope.
You can still catch the second half if you’re quick.
