MOT View: Klich admission suggests frustration with senior Leeds team-mate in one game
Leeds United goalkeeper Kiko Casilla has grabbed the headlines for all the wrong reasons this season.
The 33-year-old was hit with an eight-match ban for racially abusing Jonathan Leko at the start of March while his performances on the pitch have constantly been criticised by Leeds supporters.
For such an experienced goalkeeper who used to play for Real Madrid, Casilla makes a lot of errors that lead to goals and one of the most memorable of those this season came in the 1-1 draw with Brentford at Griffin Park on February 11.

A simple pass was played back to the Spaniard, who then failed to control the ball and gift Ollie Watkins a goal that put the Bees ahead.
Leeds went on to equalise but it was one of their most impressive performances of the season against a promotion rival and they definitely deserved all three points.
Midfielder Mateusz Klich has now suggested he was frustrated with Casilla, claiming that Leeds should have won the match.
If Casilla didn’t make that error then there’s no doubt that the Whites would have finally ended their winless run in London.
“I think the Brentford game. After the Nottingham Forest game we said, ‘this is enough,’ and that from the Brentford game we needed to play better,” Klich told the Yorkshire Evening Post.
“The Brentford game was a perfect game for us, we could have won it and we should have won it.
“After that we showed everyone we are really strong and we can really do it but obviously something has got in our way now.”
It isn’t the only time that Casilla has let Leeds down on the pitch this season – and who can forget his shambolic display against Derby in the play-off semi-finals last year?
Casilla has been a liability at times and it must be tough for those who play with him to try and brush it off and not be too critical of a team-mate.
Casilla really did deserve criticism for that mistake at Brentford and Klich’s admission about the game suggests that there was frustration aimed towards the Spaniard in the Leeds dressing room.
