'Perfect signing', 'Top player' - MOT Super Fans blown away by reported £25m pursuit
This is part of a regular series from our panel of Leeds United Super Fans. Each week, our Super Fans will deliver their verdicts on the biggest talking points and news stories around Elland Road and Thorp Arch.

Leeds United have Pablo Hernandez to thank for much of their success in the Championship over the past two seasons.
The Spaniard was used as an impact substitute in the final nine games after lockdown, and Marcelo Bielsa got it spot on with his management.
Hernandez scored many vital goals in guiding Leeds to the title, but his last-minute strike at Swansea stands out at the top.
Despite this success, there have been question marks over his ability to perform every week in the Premier League next season due to his age.
Leeds could be on the lookout for his replacement, and journalist Nick Mashiter reported on Thursday that Norwich are ready to sell Emiliano Buendia, with the Whites interested.
Norwich are ready to sell Emi Buendia, who wants to stay in the Premier League above anywhere else. Leeds, as already out there, retain their long-standing interest. Link via @pasport wire to follow. #ncfc #lufc

Leeds and Victor Orta have already enquired about the 23-year-old, with the Canaries rating the Argentinian at £25million according to the Daily Mail.
It seems a steep price to pay, but if Buendia can fill the shoes left by Hernandez at Elland Road for many years to come, it could be a bargain.
Comparing the two last season, Buendia impressed despite playing in the division above Hernandez – who was involved in 10 more goals.
The Argentinian completed the same number of key passes per game according to WhoScored but averaged considerably more dribbles when in possession.
Should Buendia move to Elland Road, Marcelo Bielsa would potentially want him to be more selfish at times, but he is definitely showing great signs that he could succeed under El Loco.
We asked our esteemed panel of MOT Leeds News Super Fans if they would like Buendia at Elland Road and if he could replace Hernandez.

If Orta is listening to our Super Fans, Buendia would already be at Elland Road. The Argentinian is clearly destined for the Premier League, and we would love to see him in West Yorkshire.
