Max Wober responds to Leeds United return after Borussia Monchengladbach loan spell
Leeds United defender Max Wober has responded to questions over his plans after his Borussia Monchengladbach loan spell.
The Austrian defender sealed his Elland Road exit at the start of August and Daniel Farke was not particularly pleased over his exit.
Wober only moved to the club in January and quickly became among the first names on the team sheet.

He told Laola1: “For me, it was a really great move. I’ve settled in really well, it’s a family club, a real traditional club with incredible fans.
“I’m in Gladbach for the year now, I’m fully focused on it and I’m going to throw everything into it. I don’t really want to think about what it will look like in the summer yet.”
Will he be back?
The possibility that Wober will consider playing for Leeds again will be contingent on whether or not they’re a Premier League club.
Given the manner of his exit, right now Farke would not want to be thinking about what happens nine months from now.
There will be conversations in case Leeds get promoted and if the German is willing to give him a chance and if they can see eye to eye then that’s the decision made.

If he does end up leaving, he will command a decent fee as he’s got Bundesliga and Premier League experience, is yet to hit his prime and is a solid player at left-back as well as centre-back.
It remains to be seen what the future holds for Wober but right now, it’s best if he’s non-committal about returning to Leeds.
Even if Farke was to be asked about the Autrian, he would probably say something similar.
