Mateusz Klich actively looks for new club in January as he grows frustrated at Leeds United
Leeds United midfielder Mateusz Klich is becoming frustrated with his lack of minutes at the club, and he is likely to leave in January, according to Dean Jones.
The former Bleacher Report journalist suggested to Give Me Sport that Klich is a “victim” of Jesse Marsch’s appointment at the club, and he is looking for a move away from Elland Road.
The Polish midfielder is yet to start a Premier League game under Marsch, and he is open to leaving the club in January in search of first-team football.
“It’s just personal preference really. This is the kind of thing that happens when you change manager and Klich has kind of been a victim of that switch,” said Jones to Give Me Sport.
“He is very frustrated, he is looking for a transfer when we get to January, and it wouldn’t surprise me at all if he ends up getting one.”

TeamTalk reported on 22 November that clubs in France, Italy, and Germany are vying for his signature.
A host of clubs made contact with the player’s agent as well, and it looks increasingly likely that he will in January.
Klich needs to move on from Leeds to give a fresh start to his career. He has dropped down the pecking order at Elland Road, and he has found game time hard to come by.
He lost his place in the Polish national team for the World Cup as a result. He has a contract at the club until 2024, and Marsch will have to make a big decision here.
He was one of the key players under Marcelo Bielsa and played a crucial role for the club during their promotion campaign.
Klich also enjoyed a regular role under the Argentine in the Premier League, but his situation changed completely after the arrival of Marsch.
There were suggestions that Klich could leave in the summer, but Marsch wanted him to stay put. In January, the player is likely to seek a route out of Eland Road.
