Manchester United ready double your money offer for Leeds United star Tyler Adams, money no issue

Leeds United may have to brace themselves for a whopping offer for midfield maestro Tyler Adams as Manchester United lurk.

According to Corriere Dello Sport, the 23-year-old is set to be thoroughly scouted while playing for the United States at the World Cup in Qatar with the Red Devils eyeing up a January move.

Adams only joined the Whites in the summer from RB Leipzig but he has mightily impressed at Elland Road and Manchester United have no qualms about making a move despite splashing more than £180million on transfers in the summer.

It is reported that the American international was hand-chosen by Erik Ten Hag to be added to his midfield department at Old Trafford and that he is at the very top of their shopping list.

Leeds United, meanwhile, are looking to at least double their money in just six months having bought Adams for £17.5million from the Bundesliga outfit.

They will hope to receive around £35million to let him go as a result but could hold out for even more which may have to be done given his importance to Jesse Marsch’s team.

In just 12 Premier League games, Adams has quickly become a staple of this Leeds United side alongside fellow summer recruits Marc Roca and Brenden Aaronson in the middle of the park.

But if Manchester United come calling, it could be very difficult to stop them from getting what they want with the Glazer family rolling in money and being able to throw whatever they want at anybody they wish to.

The Whites don’t have that luxury to try and keep Adams so they now have to hope that he shows some loyalty to the club and doesn’t join their cross-Pennine rivals.

In other Leeds United news, Victor Orta has called out Leeds supporters for what they have been doing to him after he was spotted on camera at Elland Road.
