Liverpool want to sign Leeds United star with great agent ties

Liverpool are looking at making a summer move to sign Leeds United star Crysencio Summerville, according to Anfield Watch.

The online outlet reported on January 6 that the Reds are considering a move for the flying Dutchman who is turning heads in the Championship with Anfield scouts watching.

A summer buyout clause of £20.5million after relegation is said to have expired, with Leeds holding the power in terms of what they can demand financially.

Liverpool are said to have good ties with the agency of Summerville, with any move not dependent on the future of Mohammed Salah, who is constantly linked with Saudi Arabia.

Other Premier League clubs such as Newcastle have also been linked with the winger, who is said to be happy at Elland Road and focusing on promotion.

No chance.

Daniel Farke will be watching links to his players in January and laughing, with the club having escaped the hell of the summer transfer window.

Players were forcing their way out and the club had no answer to that when the German first arrived, leaving a squad behind who wanted to be there and earn promotion again.

Summerville has spearheaded that push at Elland Road, and if he and the club are successful, he will want a big say in taking it to the next step in West Yorkshire.

With no release clause and the likes of Liverpool and Newcastle circling though, you would have to imagine that the price tag on his head is near £50million, especially with Premier League football if that is secured.

The 49ers are masters of negotiating, there will be no easy deals to be had like during the Andrea Radrizzani era, and that is likely to end any fear of losing Summerville shortly.
