Leeds United stars react to Archie Gray Tottenham transfer
After just one full campaign as a regular at Elland Road, it is bitterly disappointing to lose Gray so early into his career.
The Leeds fan has come through the academy and appears as if he wanted to stay just as much as supporters wanted him to.
There has been an outpouring of emotion from his teammates, who are clearly upset to see the midfielder depart despite being just 18.
Ilan Meslier, who has been linked with his own move away to Monaco and Marseille [Daily Mail], also commented on Gray’s Instagram post, saying: “All the best crack”
It is clear that the Frenchman is going to miss the Englishman despite potentially leaving Elland Road himself.

It is clear that Gray was highly rated by the best players at the club, with Wilfried Gnonto referring to him as “Starboy”.
Similarly, Georginio Rutter sent a message to Gray, saying: “Fly now my friend.”
It is a transfer that has certainly hit Leeds fans and players hard but there is hope with Rodon coming in a silver lining can be taken from this deal.
In other Leeds news, the club have been handed a major boost in their bid to keep Crysencio Summerville after a £33m development emerged.
