Liam Cooper cuts short extended leave as he’s spotted at Leeds United HQ
Liam Cooper displayed his commitment to the Leeds United cause by cutting short an extended period of leave, the Yorkshire Evening Post has reported.
The club captain was allowed additional time away from Thorp Arch having represented Scotland on international duty last month.
However, images in the Yorkshire Evening Post showed Cooper in discussions with new Leeds boss Daniel Farke on Wednesday (5 July).

Leeds confirmed the appointment of former Norwich City boss on Tuesday after weeks of speculation.
Farke’s primary objective this season is to secure a return to the Premier League after Leeds suffered relegation last season.
Great commitment
Cooper endured a difficult season on a personal level last term due to injury, and Leeds on the whole obviously endured the disappointment of relegation.
There has been plenty of upheaval off the pitch, with Farke finally appointed and the full takeover by 49ers Enterprises soon to be given the green light.
But now a sense of normality is returning and Leeds fans will be delighted by the sight of Cooper willingly cutting short an extended break to get involved with Farke immediately.

That sort of desire will be needed across the board at Leeds this season as they look to make an immediate return to the top table, and keeping Cooper fit will be an important part of their quest.
Plenty of decisions still need to made on outgoings and incomings throughout the transfer window, but what is for sure more people will need to show the sort of sacrifices being made by their skipper.
In other Leeds United news, Daniel Farke is keeping a close eye on Bayern Munich starlet Malik Tillman.
