Lewis Jones predicts result of Leeds clash v West Brom

Lewis Jones has backed Leeds United to finish the Premier League season in sensational fashion against West Brom on Sunday.

The Sky Sports pundit has predicted that it will finish 4-2 to the Whites at Elland Road, something Marcelo Bielsa wouldn’t be happy with.

El Loco has turned Leeds into a defensive rock in recent months, with the Whites top of the form table in the last ten games played.

Writing in his Sky Sports prediction column, Jones appears to have gone crazy as the Premier League comes to an end.

“You can only guarantee three things in this life: death, taxes and a goal-bonanza on the final day of a Premier League season.

“The goal per game ratio always sails above the season average on the final day. Teams are more likely to play with a bit more freedom in a sunshine-filled no-pressure environment.

“Of all the fixtures on the final day, this looks the game that could go a bit bonkers on the goal front.”

Thriller.

What a game for the fans to come back to at Elland Road.

After more than one year away from the action in West Yorkshire, fans would love to see a six-goal thriller, but more likely all in the West Brom net.

Bielsa has made his side much more structured, and it may not be as free-flowing as we were all used to when being able to watch the action live and in person.

With the top-half secure though, and nothing else to play for, we could take the hand-break off.

Watch out West Brom, because if Sam Allardyce does the same in his final game in charge, it could get very ugly for the Baggies at the hands of this ruthless Whites side.
