Leeds United will have to pay £33.8million for Noa Lang
Club Brugge have slapped a 40million Euro pricetag [£33.8million] on supposed Leeds United target Noa Lang.
Voetbal Belgie claims that the Belgian side is hoping to ward off any interest in the winger with this huge valuation.
The Whites were heavily linked with a move for the 22-year-old in the summer, but a move could be unlikely at that price [Eldesmarque].
Leeds to miss out on Lang.
The Whites had the choice to go for Lang or sign Dan James, and they went for the latter option even though he hasn’t been great.
Meanwhile, Lang has made 17 appearances in all competitions in which he has scored four goals and provided five assists, which is some record, and you can see why some clubs playing in Europe are now keen.

He has also been described as a “phenomenon” by Belgian journalist Peter Vandenbempt in the past, so he clearly is a player who people admire across Europe [Eleven Sports via Live Football on TV].
We can’t see how this new price tag will be much of a problem for the likes of Arsenal and AC Milan, but given that the Whites have three first-team wingers, we don’t envisage them blowing a huge amount of money on Lang.
Therefore, given the combination of his new price tag and James joining, we don’t see how the Whites sign Lang in January or even next summer.
The truth is, they might have already missed their chance to sign a player who seems to be heading for the top.
