Leeds United want to complete Max Aarons and Joe Rodon transfers before Birmingham clash
Leeds United want to complete the double transfer of Spurs defender Joe Rodon and Norwich flyer Max Aarons before they take on Birmingham, according to Phil Hay.
The Whites travel to St Andrews in the Championship on Saturday 12 August, and have an agreement in place with Tottenham for the loan signing of Rodon.
Hay has also reported that Aarons is closing in on a permanent move to Elland Road, with advanced talks underway for the England youth international.

Daniel Farke is set to strengthen his defence considerably ahead of the Championship clash, with injuries ravaging through his squad quickly.
Liam Cooper is out for two months after being stretchered off against Cardiff, with Junior Firpo now also set to miss another four weeks in defence.

Match made in heaven.
This would be the perfect double signing for Leeds, and exactly what they need right now.
Aarons was given his professional debut at Norwich under Farke, and the German will have no doubt personally requested this move given his connection with the defender.
The England youth international can also play at left-back, similar to Sam Byram, and adds so many options to this squad, especially attacking from the back, with Luke Ayling struggling against Cardiff.
Rodon will arrive at the perfect time too with Cooper out long-term, with his Premier League and international experience at the back perfect for Charlie Cresswell and Pascal Struijk.
The game against Shrewsbury this evening [09 August] will give the young lads a perfect chance to shine, but with this double signing, the senior squad will be back ahead at St Andrews with new reinforcements.
Hopefully, these two deals get finalised and announced as soon as possible and Leeds can move onto even more new deals between now and the deadline.
Bring it on.
