Leeds United want three transfers even after Charles De Ketelaere bid

Leeds United are in the market for three more signings in this window, even if they manage to sign Club Brugges star Charles De Ketelaere, according to the Daily Mail.

The newspaper has reported on their website that AC Milan are pushing hard for the Belgian superstar, but the Whites hope the Premier League will be enough to lure him to Elland Road.

Leeds are also said to have discussed Adama Traore and Cody Gakpo as they look for another attacking reinforcement with De Ketelaere the main target.

Victor Orta won’t be stopping there though it seems.

Leeds are also in the market for a new goalkeeper, left-back and even another midfielder as they look to continue adding to their depth in the squad.

A new midfielder could be targeted despite Tyler Adams and Marc Roca already arriving from the Bundesliga to replace Kalvin Phillips, who is now at Manchester City.

Left-back has been a long-standing concern but with Junior Firpo starting pre-season on fire and Leif Davis impressing Jesse Marsch, that may change.

The last area mentioned is between the sticks, with Ben Foster named as a potential option.

Radz Time.

It looks as though Andrea Radrizzani and the 49ers are really putting their heads down this summer and making the money available for Orta and Marsch to get stuck in.

We have been believing that a new striker could be the last new arrival of the summer, with six transfers already being confirmed by the Whites.

But, Orta has always made it very clear that if someone becomes available, he will be ready to move, and that could be the case for someone like Foster.

The experienced keeper is coming to the end of his career and will want to make the right choice for his next club, which could be his last if thinking realistically.

We all know the main priority is that new striker, and let’s get that one over the line before moving on to any, if any more signings between now and the start of September.

Let’s pray it is De Ketelaere – bad luck AC Milan.
