Leeds United transfer news: Rodrigo exit update emerges as clubs including Real Madrid keen on deal
Leeds United striker Rodrigo appears to be one among many players to leave Elland Road for good this summer post relegation.
According to Leeds Live [19 June], the representatives of the Spain international, including his father will have received calls from interested clubs over the past few days and weeks.
With 15 goals in 35 games this past season, the 32-year-old will be in demand once again this summer.

Hard to keep him
Cadena Cope reported on 7 June that he was one of the options for Real Madrid as they look to bring in a striker or two this summer.
Given the fact that Rodrigo is still in contention to make the EUROs squad and has been picked for the recent set of international games, he knows that his chances of being a regular in the Spain team increase if he’s at Real Madrid.
It’s unlikely that the Spain coaching staff will be tuning in to the Championship as much as they would watch the most successful club in Champions League history.

At 32, he’s proving that age is merely a number and it remains to be seen how much Leeds can recoup from his sale.
He joined under Marcelo Bielsa as the club record signing and it’s unrealistic to expect big money to secure his services this summer.
However, it will be a major surprise if he does show up for Leeds’ pre season as there’s a good chance of an exit being finalised before that.
In other Leeds United news, a BBC pundit has been left stunned as Phil Hay has dropped a fresh update on who the Whites are considering bringing in as manager this summer.
