Leeds United transfer news as Wilfried Gnonto informs club amid Everton links
Wilfried Gnonto has told Leeds United that he wants to leave the club with Everton, Juventus and Napoli keen on signing him, according to 90Min.
The English media outlet reported on its website on Friday (11 August) that the Toffees want to pay a lower transfer fee up front and pay more in the form of instalments.
It’s understood that the Whites want £30million in order to part ways with the 19-year-old Italy international.

No way
Gnonto and Leeds appear to be at odds with each other and now the chances of him leaving the club appear to be pretty high.
That said, the Whites have named their fee and it’s on them to get the most as they possibly can for the Italian.
There appeared to be smoke when he asked to be left out of the squad against Shrewsbury and now it’s understood why.

This will surely incentivise teams like Everton to make a move for him as they’ve been keen on securing his services.
Gnonto could even end up writing in a transfer request to do everything he can to force an exit away from Elland Road this summer.
Hopefully, the club sorts this issue out quickly before it ends up getting out of hand.
In other Leeds United news, the club could look to rekindle their interest in a Golden Boot winner who Daniel Farke will love and it will take £15million to get the deal done.
