Leeds United transfer news as update emerges on Norwich City midfielder Kenny McLean
Leeds United are now preparing for life without Tyler Adams, who’s set to join Bournemouth, by eyeing Kenny McLean, according to TEAMtalk.
The media outlet reported on Friday (18 August) that Adams is travelling to the south coast for his medical as he’s joining the Cherries.
McLean, 31, is a full Scotland international and has prior experience of working under Daniel Farke.

Right move?
Even without Adams’ departure, it was evident that the Whites needed to bring in another midfielder this summer.
Now, with the American all but gone, at least two new faces are needed in that department before the window slams shut.
McLean is someone who’s got prior Championship experience and has also played in the Premier League – guiding the Canaries to promotion on two different occasions by winning the league.

He may be 31 so this is not a signing made for the long term, but right now, Leeds need someone who comes in and does a job to get them back to the top flight.
It remains to be seen how much he ends up costing the Elland Road outfit but he’s certainly going to come at a premium.
Norwich know Leeds are their promotion rivals and will not let go of one of their first-team players without a fight.
In other Leeds United news, the club could look to rekindle their interest in a Golden Boot winner who Daniel Farke will love and it will take £15million to get the deal done.
