Leeds United transfer news as Mateusz Bogusz exit to be announced - Phil Hay
Leeds United are expected to announce the exit of Mateusz Bogusz once his move to LAFC is confirmed, according to Phil Hay.
UD Ibiza confirmed the news late on Friday 24 March that the young Polish playmaker had ended his loan spell over in Spain, with that needed for the move to America.
Hay has shared that Bogusz is “set” to make the switch, with it safe to assume that has progressed after the announcement of Ibiza.
Writing on his personal Twitter account on Friday 24 March, Hay shared the news that has been expected for days now as talks continued between all three teams.
“Mateusz Bogusz’s loan at Ibiza has ended,” he wrote.
“Set to join LAFC in the States. Leeds expected to announce once that transfer is confirmed.”

End.
Bogusz first arrived at Leeds as one of the most exciting talents many had seen, with his eye for goal from long distance something that really caught the eye.
Unfortunately, that only translated to a Carabao Cup appearance under Marcelo Bielsa before the green light was given for him to go out to Spain.
Bad injury followed that and Bogusz was never going to get a sniff at Elland Road, that became very clear as he didn’t even really get a chance for the under-21s.
Leeds need to cut down their options and bringing in money for a player that is never going to get a chance is smart business, hopefully for a profit of some sort.
LAFC have taken advantage of the American window still being open, and why would Leeds also not do the same by bringing in some cash?
There is no doubt that some Leeds fans will keep an eye on Bogusz in Los Angeles, with the American influence working both away in West Yorkshire now.
In other Leeds United news, Ben Foster was blown away by one Whites player in the recent league victory at Wolves.
