Leeds United transfer news as Lewis Pirie set to travel to Yorkshire to complete move
Aberdeen striker Lewis Pirie will travel to Yorkshire imminently to complete his transfer to Leeds United, according to the Daily Record.
The newspaper has reported in its print edition [08 July, pg 50] that the 16-year-old will complete his move next week with his medical now set.
Leeds will pay £150,000 initially for the young goal-machine, who has also turned down professional terms at Aberdeen for his next move.

Pirie has caught the eye of many clubs recently after his goal-scoring exploits saw him fire home over 50 goals for club and country last season.
The young striker will initially sign scholarship terms at Elland Road before penning a professional deal with the Whites and kicking on at Thorp Arch.

First of many.
It may seem like a slow start to the summer for Leeds, but we are finally seeing movement with Daniel Farke being confirmed as manager and transfers creeping in.
Pirie may not make an immediate difference, but he is certainly one to watch moving forward with more and more Scottish talent making the move down south.
As he gets set to travel down to Yorkshire, there will be other players being targeted in a more senior sense with the 49ers Enterprises starting to take control.
Of course, they aren’t in 100% control yet, but they will be hoping that the EFL can pull their finger out and get their takeover rubber-stamped in the next week.
That then gives the Americans three weeks before the start of the Championship season against Cardiff, where it could be a new-look Leeds on show.
Pirie looks set to be first in the building this summer, many more are set to follow.
