Leeds United transfer news as four-year contract agreed with Ilias Akhomach
Leeds United have agreed to a four-year contract with Barcelona talent Ilias Akhomach already for this summer, according to El Chiringuito TV.
The source has shared with their over 3.1 million followers on Twitter that the young attacker will arrive for no cost at Elland Road this summer in June.
Akhomach will make the move to West Yorkshire once his contract expires with Barcelona, with an agreement already in place to make the deal happen.
Writing on their official Twitter account on Friday 3 March, El Chiringuito TV shared the news that Victor Orta will benefit with a deal already in place early.
“Ilias Akhomach, Barça Atlètic winger, has reached an agreement with Leeds United for the next four seasons,” they wrote.
“The Spanish-Moroccan ends his contract in June and would arrive free to Victor Orta’s team.”

It looks as though Leeds have their first transfer in place for the summer already.
With pressure on in the race to survive relegation to the Championship from the Premier League, it seems strange that transfers are being looked at already.
But, this one makes perfect sense.
Akhomach is in place to arrive for no transfer fee, so Leeds will have weighed up whether his wages were worth it no matter which league they are in next season and it looks as though the answer is yes.
This is certainly one to watch in the coming days and weeks to see if it gathers pace elsewhere, but Leeds have a four-year contract in place for potentially another Wilfried Gnonto-type gem.
Javi Gracia may have had a say in this one, but it is uncertain whether he will be around in and past June to manage the young Moroccan-Spanish talent at Elland Road.
Bring on the summer.
