Leeds United transfer news: Fabrizio Romano drops Diego Llorente personal terms claim amid Roma links
Leeds United defender Diego Llorente has reportedly agreed on personal terms with Roma as a permanent sale looks to be on the cards.
According to Fabrizio Romano, all the parties involved want the same outcome after the Spaniard’s loan spell in Rome.
It’s now down to agreeing upon a price as he looks certain to leave Elland Road this summer.

Via Twitter, Romano wrote, “AS Roma want to keep Diego Llorente from Leeds as clubs are now in talks to find the best formula. The deal is expected to happen as all parties want the same. Roma have already agreed terms with Llorente; he’s planning to stay.”
Get it done
Leeds are aware of Roma’s desperation to sign the defender and should not settle for a low price after agreeing a higher option to buy.
Granted relegation may take a few millions off his valuation but this is less than half of what they had previously agreed upon.
Jose Mourinho wants him, he wants to move and the power is currently in Leeds’ hands as they can decide to play hard ball with Roma.

Pinto was due to fly to the United Kingdom to have face-to-face talks with Leeds and that’s a clear indicator of just how much Roma want the deal.
Hopefully, in the coming days there’s more clarity on his future and just how much Roma are willing to pay to the Whites.
One thing appears to be certain – the Spanish centre-back is highly unlikely to feature in a Leeds jersey again.
In other Leeds United news, a BBC pundit has been left stunned as Phil Hay has dropped a fresh update on who the Whites are considering bringing in as manager this summer.
